FreeBSD Team is actively testing a migration to Phorge on the reviews-dev instance and hopes to have a more detailed announcement on timing for a cutover within the next day or so.

The migration runtime seems to be about 2 hours and given that the phabricator has been EoL, this seems like the most prudent path forward.

They also investigated the option of setting up a socks5 proxy and allowing people to get into the existing instance behind an SSH tunnel in the interim; however, decided that it would probably make the most sense to focus on just migrating.
