What it does
Ctrl+Shift+S (Cmd+Shift+S on macOS) over any Anki web view: the reviewer, the browser preview, the card layout preview, or an add-on panel.
- Hover highlights the element under the pointer, click selects it, drag selects a region.
- The selection gets handles: resize, move, nudge with the arrow keys, click outside to start over.
- Enter, Ctrl+C or the Capture button takes the shot. V takes the visible area. Esc cancels.
The PNG goes to the clipboard and to ~/Screenshots; both are configurable. Ctrl+Shift+D saves the whole page as a PDF.
