FSRS-5 is still in alpha stage, so you could only use it via the custom scheduling script.
After reviewing the source code, it appears that the scheduler considers short-term memory characteristics…

Although I love AnkiHub (I have paid a life-long subscription ~ 50 US Dollars) and the concept of collaborative decks, I personally think that integrating a paid, third-party service does not align with the open-source principles of Anki since 2006. It has also not more to offer than the already well known AnkiHub addon.
The dialogue seems like an endorsement from the AnkiHub developers.
