This commit permits the use of previously better optimized parameters in case the new optimization yields worse standard error from the predicted memory states.

Fractional scaling in Anki yields in blurry fonts. Tried setting the environmental variable to ANKI_WAYLAND=1, in order to “force” Wayland mode.
Apparently this did not work due to a QT bug that is still unresolved: https://github.com/ankitects/anki/issues/1767, https://github.com/qutebrowser/qutebrowser/issues/6914
A temporary bypass is setting the env variable QT_QPA_PLATFORM to xcb aka using X11 mode until the bug is fixed.
P.S.: Starting Anki with QT_SCALE_FACTOR_ROUNDING_POLICY=RoundPreferFloor works and there is no need to use X11 legacy mode!!

- Revert Qt to 6.5 on Mac to fix crashes some users were experiencing.
- Update FSRS to fix an overly aggressive outlier filter
- Fix incorrect retention estimates in deck options
- Improve description of stability in graphs
- Fix I/O shortcuts conflicting with editor on mobile
- Fix some bugs in notetype merging

A new version of FSRS, FSRS-4.5, has been integrated into the newest version of Anki, 23.12. It is recommended to reoptimize your parameters. The benchmark has been updated, here’s the new data:
Note that the number of reviews used has decreased a little because LMSherlock added an outlier filter.
