Some interesting results of a new randomized trial:

1. Reduced risk of clinically important upper gastrointestinal bleeding
2. No clinically significant effect on mortality
3. No greater risk of ventilator-associated pneumonia
4. Same duration of stay in the hospital and in the ICU and hospital mortality.
